Deposit Amount Required:  Special events only

Cancellation Policy:

Up to the 14th day prior to arrival:             Full refund, minus  a $45 processing fee.

After the 14th day prior to arrival:              No refund.

We will not guarantee availability of any room and a reservation will be considered cancelled for guests arriving after 6:00 pm, unless special arrangements have been made in advance with the Innkeeper.
